If Dr. Beata Surma would like to keep her patients she needs to get rid of her stupid receptionist that only answers the phone saying "hello" & does not properly set patients up with appointments.

Dr Surma is a very pleasant and concerning doctor.She's relatively new 7 years but keeps up to date on the latest medical information. I would recommend her to everyone. I've moved away and want to maintain her as my doctor...great
