Originally I thought Dr. Thompson was quite thorough until she got her own practice. Then it was so-so. She could be quite pushy on areas we disagreed on, such as vaccines. I think she forgets I am in charge of my own health. The staff are VERY disorganized - my new doctor sent over a request for my records and they claim they never received it, but I was there when it was sent. They also mix things up and can be rude at times.

Dr. Thompson, it would be nice if you could spend 10 un - interrupted minutes with each patient. It would be nice if you show interest and a little bit of compassion. Show that you are human and you care.
