Dr Sequeira is an wonderful, caring, amazing individual. He goes out of his way to followup on test results and calls us at home personally if there is any abnormality. He looks after my elderly father. Dr Sequeira is very kind an takes his time to listen to the problems that my elderly father has. He spends a lot more time than other physicians and is an excellent physician if you are elderly. I believe that he works in nursing homes and is very experienced in the care of the elderly. Unfortunately he is not taking any more patients, however for those few who have him as a physician you are very lucky to have such a kind, compassionate dedicated physician looking after you. Thanks for the 20 years that you have looked after my family

I would give Dr. Errol Sequeira -10 rating if I could!!!! If you want to give bad drugs to your love one’s the Dr.Errol Joseph Sequeira is your man. If you know someone that visits Dr. Sequeira and you love them, then RUN! Dr. Sequeira had said that it is up to the families (Power of Attorneys) what drugs a patient's gets. How can a doctor take medical advice from people with no medical background? Dr.Sequeira has been prescribing Risperidone/Risperdal to a dementia patients in long term care for over 18 months! WHY? Health Canada along with the drug manufacturer Johnson & Johnson have issued a warning NOT to prescribe Risperidone to Dementia patients. Elderly patients with dementia treated with Risperidone have serious health risks associated with the drug including an increased risk of death. Dementia patients who take Risperidone may suffer from a number of side effects, including serious ones like gynecomastia, movement disorders, diabetes, pituitary tutors ,strokes, mini stroke along and heart problems that can lead to death. Also another side effect is sudden cardiac death, it occurs when the heart abruptly stops pumping blood, this is not the same as a heart attack. So why would Dr.Sequeira continue prescribing this drug? This is clearly Elder Abuse. Do you think Dr.Sequeira would prescribe this drug to any of his family members? Please remember Risperidone is not approved for use in patients with dementia-related psychosis.

Dr. Sequeira was our family doctor many years ago but, he has left a very good impression on us. So much so, we still remember his kindness and dedication to our son who was about 2 years old at that time. Our son is now going to be 20. It was an emergency and Dr. S was ready to use car to get us to the hospital. Later when my husband was sick, Dr. S would visit my husband in the hospital to check up on his condition

It's so lucky for my dad (90 yrs with a few of serious healthy problems) having Dr. Sequeira as family doctor when he settled down at Mississauga one year ago. Dr. Sequeira is very professional always with great patience to listen from patients about their symptoms. He never ignore or miss any issues reported. Once time he used his own mobile phone to call us about one important advice right after we stepped out office. It's usually done through front desk. Detail-oriented and real care with more patience from doctor are especially important for senior patients. He is the best doctor we've ever seen not just in Canada (not one of the best). The conclusion we got after being compared with dozen of doctors in Canada and hundreds of in China. We whole family like to express our much gratitude to Dr. Sequeira and Streetsville Medical Centre.
