very knowledgable and caring, She takes the time to talk to you and explain and treatments and meds, She also takes the time to observe any other problems you may have that you would not of mentioned.I rated her a 5 on punctuality even though you do have to wait sometimes this is only because she takes the neccesary time to review each patient so to me the waiting is not a problem. The best doctor I have ever had. and the staff are just as caring. KUDOS TO YOU DR. TJAN AND YOUR STAFF.

sHE IS NOT PUNCTUAL BECAUSE SHE TAKES THE TIME TO HELP ALL HER PATIENTS IF YOU CAME IN WITH A SOR THROAT OR COLD AND SHE SAW THAT YOU LOOKED UNHAPPY OR SAD SHE WOULD TAKE THE TIME TO PERSAUDE YOU TO OPEN UP AND LET HER KNOW WHY YOU ARE SAD SHE ALSO IS VERY OBSERVANT AS TO YOUR PHYSICAL APPERANCE AND WILL QUESTION YOU ON ANY OF HER OBSERVATIONS THIS IS ALL SO TRUE OF HER NURSE
