Dr. Tranqui needs to reevaluate his practice. Yes he is friendly and he takes his time with patients - but that also means he is overbooking people for times that he cannot commit to, leaving people waiting for HOURS. Not one hour, not even 2, sometimes 3-4 hours. This happens on multiple occasions and I have been a patient for several years. he posts signs in his office stating "if you have an issue with the waiting time, speak with him" - speaking with him does not help because he DOES NOT LISTEN! I have brought this to his attention on several occasions and he laughs and makes excuses with no efforts to change and respect his patients time. He forgets things he says he will do and YOU are expected to follow up with their office - God forbid they try being professional and doing their job! The practice is very old fashioned and he needs to adopt modern tools, technology and staff that will improve his service. He needs to learn time management and find a professional receptionist.who doesn't spend the whole day chatting on the phone with personal calls, Being "nice" is not enough. When his receptionist is not in the office, he can't function - its pure chaos, its also BS! Temp receptionists he's had when his regular receptionist is away sick or on vacation are never provided with enough training and therefore make crazy amounts of mistakes, screwing things up for patients. All that has been written has been mentioned to him and everything is still the same!

Dr Tranqui is absolutely amazing!He is our family doctor and has been caring for us for many many many years! He takes his time with his patients, he's funny, caring & respectful. His asian receptionist is amazing as well!

Dr Tranqui have been our family doctor forever and he is one of the most caring person very precise and accurate on his attention with your health and well being. As I have said before to many people next to GOD is standing our Dr. Tranqui - I wish him all the best in life

Excellent, caring doctor. My family & I have been seeing him for over 14 years. Be prepared to wait quite a while before he attends to you, but it's because he never rushes his patients, and he always listens to you.

Dr. Tranqui is a hardworking, caring and dedicated professional. He never rushes his patients and he always follow through with the patients requests. Dr. Tranqui has been treating my family and I for the past 17 years. He is a bit late with time start, but I guess that's because he visits his patients at the hospital before his practice.
