She lied about test results, told me she had them and everything was fine, when she didn't have them and they were very off. Missdiagnosed, Lied.

The doctor is ok. Nothing special but will take care of most important problems. But! General thing. It is virtually impossible to get in touch with the office. I have literally been on the phone for half an hour now waiting for them to pick up the phone to book an appointment. That is not normal. If I had a possibility to change the doctor, I would. Parking is horrible too. Because of the close proximity to Credit Valley Hospital. If you have an opportunity to go somewhere else, do.
