I am a long-time patient of Dr. Virdy (10+ years) and called the office over the past week and a half requesting that Dr. Virdy call me. I left messages each time outlining the reason for my call, asking that the doctor call me. I have not received a call back, and today (Tuesday Nov 8)found one team member argumentative. I can only state that this experience has been unpleasant, stressful and deeply disappointing.
