Dr Kates takes the time to find out "whereat it hurts" and offers good advice. He's been my family doctor for over 30 years and seeing him makes me feel better, even without a prescription. He's gentle and really cares. Plus he has warm hands. :) Thank you Dr. Kates.

Dr Kates has been my doctor for over 20 years. I have never had a bad experience with him and his team they have always gone out of their way to take care of me and my family extremely well. Even my daughter wants to make sure he takes care of her and her family in the future. I have never had a better Doctor

Dr. Kates is excellent and thorough. Linda at reception is abrasive, abrupt and not personable on the phone or in person.

Alright as physicians go, but the receptionist that is quite rude on the phone and often short with patients. It's enough of a problem I avoid the doctor's office since I don't want to speak to her.
