Dr Alam is fantastic.... The staff (Brenda is worst ,no scene of talking to the clients .She has to be trained as what is "Customer Service ".

Dr. Alam is an excellent doctor I have known him for years but his new secretary has an extremely bad attitude and very rude. Please find a pleasant secretary your clients are leaving for this reason only.

Dr. Alam is an excellent doctor at the Alderwood clinic one of the kindness and compassionate doctor, since his secretary Chan left the clinic, where I cannot get an answer why she left, the clinic looks like it was hit by a tornado because know one knows what they are doing I don't think I want to go to that clinic anymore I will follow Dr. Alam to his Mississauga clinic.
