I live in Victoria and fell in Toronto, he did not give me proper advice when I went to the ER ,he should have operated imediately and he gave all reasons for not doing it. On my arrival in Victoria the ortheapedic surgeon here operated right away and was very surprised at Dr Nigel advice.

Looks at monitor as flipping through you med file then says your fine. Ya lots of help!!!!. I need lots of help to solve what he did.

I am sure his level of knowledge is quite high, however it has been my experience that he may play 'dumb' so as to influence a patient in favour of his opinion. His bedside manner is BRUTAL in that he never smiles and is obviously intolerant and impatient with patients. I don't smile all day while doing my job, but I don't deal with scared/suffering humans either. On the other hand, he has helped me and I suppose that is what really counts.
