This Doctor Paul Gurland is rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful of his patient's wishes. He is unable to control his tongue and should not be allowed to practice. Attention needs to be brought to his unprofessional demeanor.

Dr. Gurland delivered by daughter this past March 2013. At first he appeared to have no people skills and acted like a drill sergeant with his nurse staff, barking orders around. However, my daughter was choking herself with her arm and ended up as an emergency natural delivery. Dr. Gurland, did not mess around, he was able to deliver my daughter rapidly and naturally. I was supposed to have another doctor as I was overlapping shifts but Dr. Gurland stayed to make sure he delivered my baby safely. I am very grateful to have had him and his great team of nurses. The after care was also great. I was very impressed with the overall care at Credit Valley hospital.

Dr Gurland has changed my life. He takes his profession very seriously and that comes across. I appreciated his honesty and candor and knew I had one of the best Doctors supporting me. He likes classical and rock and roll music. Don't be daunted, he has a soft heart and cares deeply for his patients.
