She takes the time to listen and tries to help to her best abilities however when asked direct question about a diagnosis, side effects etc. she asks you to google it! The office is run very poorly and be prepared to wait there for a very VERY long time, sometimes even as long as two hours just to see her! She is suppose to be there from 3pm till 6pm however she is ALWAYS late and often comes closer to 4pm. The office does not fax any of your medical information out to any of the specialists you are booked to see, you have to come to see the doctor yourself to get a copy, which I think is ridiculous, because it is guaranteed that you will be waiting there for 2 hours! The Friday secretary is just plainly rude, never smiles and has tons of attitude.
