This doctor has a behaviour and personality issues, if you live far from her clinic and cannot always make appointments to see her, but opt to have your urgent care at a walk-in clinic, this sole issue will make her very upset, she will become very confrontational and her standard of care will become extremely poor, I know she cannot be trusted any more, not even for a much needed prescription refill, she will take the whole day to authorize your drug store to release your prescription, and when you believe this drug will be ready to pick up, Doctor Selyanina has not done her job ( has not send her prescription refill to the pharmacy), and when you call to find out what is the delay, her staff is very rude and has not sense of any accountability, any staff from this doctor will make the most lame excuses and simply force you to call your pharmacy to ask them to send a refill request for you drug, you will find out, you are dragged on to this game, calling around this doctor and the your pharmacy and NO Action to secure your prescription is taken by this doctor nor her staff, simply put in words, Doctor Selyanina enormously lacks the bare minimum of sympathy for her patients, she cares about the money she can make at each of your visits, and by the way, she only can spend 10 minutes with you, and you can only talk to her about 2 health issues, nothing more, she will force you to make another appointment, but you will have to wait a couple of weeks to get an appointment with this doctor. Also, be prepared to guess what she means as her strong Russian accent is extremely difficult to understand what she says. In summary, stay away from this doctor, she sees patients as money making machine, and does not care about your well-being.
