I agree that she may come across as cold. However, as a doctor who knows her stuff that's more important to me than personality. She's the doctor of our two little boys and I couldn't be happier with the level of care that I've received.

My son was born premature at Credit Valley Hospital. Dr. Ahmed has been his doctor from the day he was born. She is great very knowledgeable. Make sure you have your questions ready before had and she will help you!! Her staff is great just leave a message and she promptly calls you back.

GREAT DOCTOR! SO What if she is a lady of few words. I rather have a doc who know her stuff than cracking a few jokes. She is very thorough. Tips - always have your questions prepared before you see the doctor so she can answer them. Otherwise, I sometimes find it hard to get through the phone lines, but that's just the office stafff. REMEMBER you are not there to socialize, it's a DOCTOR's Office!

She comes across as cold and unfriendly. Very serious and stern bedside manner. My 1.5yr old daughter was silently afraid of her. Will be looking for a new doctor.

She seems nice, with that being said, she comes off cold. She tends to give a one word answer to questions.She can use a little smile. Life is not that serious!

DR. Uzma really needs to b a little caring, she never smiles, always serious, point to point converstaion, just needs to b a little friendly so that parents like going to her,so that it gets easier for parnts to interact with her.She is very serious all the time.
