Dr. Rosenthall is great! Very caring and knowledgeable. The Receptionist, however is very rude and impatient. She speaks so fast on the phone you cannot understand her.

She is to the point. Professional and tries to always make time for all her patients. Her receptionist is organized and friendly. You can trust her. I think people expect chit chat from the doctor and small talk, I like that she's factual, to the point and doesn't beat around the bush.
