Dr William D. Thorneloe is NEVER on time, you are not allowed to mention more than one problem if you have then he tells you to make another appt, he gets off track of the issue you are concerned about and likes to think he is a specialist instead of referring to one. I mentioned wanting to change to a female doctor so I was more comfortable but said i would have to go outside the clinic not stay in the same clinic with his associates, a little strange i think. i booked physical a year in advance (as i was 2 years overdue and he didnt follow up) only for him to cancel 2 weeks before appt, then would have to rebook in 3-4 months. Loser, left this practice. 85% of the staff is awful,only 2 staff member were great. the others are completely rude. its a depressing place. if you have any forms to fill out, good luck if you ever see the forms again, I was told it was misfiled for a year...i had been a patient for 14yrs and everyone i knew would tell me to change doctors but i gave him the benefit of the doubt, to my disappointment and had to endure terrible health care for years

Punctuality I affected by the fact that he always provides full attention to you.he never short changes you on time He is an amazing doctor with compassion and warmth in his approach to medicine.
