No empathy to her patients she is only after the OHIP charges she is getting from her patients, when you need to see her she is on vacation what is the point, we are not allowed to go to walk in clinic where the wait is only 15 mins compared to her wait is 1 hr to 2 hrs. Even if you made an appointment, you will still wait for two hrs. Sign says: we are only limited to two complaints if it's more than 2 complaints, you have to make another appointment. Waste of time.🙁

Appointment hours are catered to the Drs hours not patients anyone with a job has to wait weeks for appointment, better to go to walk-in clinic. Seems to be more interested in O-HIP charges for repeat medications. Wait on average 2 hours in waiting area to see doctor for 5 minutes. This is not proper medical care. The patient seems to come last.

Too many patients, even you make an appointment it's still will be delayed for 30 minutes to 1 hour. General checkup will be 5 months wait. Sometimes you have an appointment just to get the 1 minute session.
