Having staff read the results to you over the phone because he is not there....dangerous practice. I find him to be inattentive to patients and the staff are very slow to process referrals

he makes appointments with his clients and cancels all the time. might as well not have a doctor.

Dr. D never hesitates to refer and is up with current trends. I never wait longer than 10 minutes to see him and he never rushes me out the door.

Doctor Lacroix is a fabulous physician. He listens when you speak and will take all the time you need to discuss all isssues. I would recommend him without hesitation..
