Dr Crooks, has been taking care of my family and we are the ones who unfortunately cause her to be late, as I have a lot of medical problems. She takes the time to listen to me and find and order me the correct testing and so forth. She doesn't push me out the door as many other doctors do by watching the time,etc. She knows I need xtra time and I do get double appointments with her but sometimes I need longer and she takes the time to help me so that I am able to help me get better. I love Dr Ingram-Crooks, she is the best doctor I have ever had and I have had plenty due to health problems.

Dr. Crooks is top notch! I returned to Cornwall after several years absence and did not have a GP. How fortunate I was to end up with Dr. Crooks! She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and most respectful. The staff at her Ingleside office is also wonderful. She's a very busy doctor but always seems to have the time to answer any and every question I may have./ck

She is the best family doctor you can ask for. She takes the time to respond to your questions and doesn't leave you until she knows you are comfortable with her explanations. Highly recommended!!

Best Family Doctor anyone could hope for! I asked a list of 15 questions last time i went. She answered all of them and picked up on things that my other 3 doctors missed. Staff are amazing as well.
