This morning I had my first visit to Dr. Zhao as a patient, and I was really impressed with his utmost professionalism and care. Dr. Zhao had not only listened my concerns patiently but also provided me with all the necessary education about my health and required requisitions. I would highly Dr. Zhao to anyone who is looking for a good doctor.

I went in to have a prescription renewed for an antidepressant. He did not ask me about my mood or any other health related questions. He did not take my blood pressure which I feel he should have when I'm on this medication. He barely spoke to me.

Dangerously reticent to engage with the patient. His inability to converse made it impossible to diagnose my problem. He was simply unable, or unwilling to ask the right questions. I left his practice and will suffer with my local walk-in clinic rather than continue with Dr. Zao. In my opinion, he is dangerously inept.

Four visits and we,as a family, are convinced that Charles Zhao should be avoided. It was so bad that, after waiting two years for a family doctor, we left Dr. Zhao after two weeks. The search begins again. Avoid him as you would avoid the plague.
