I met Dr. Young this year and was very impressed. I am awaiting shoulder surgery but have absolute confidence in him. All my questions were answered without hesitation and with extreme knowledge and judgement. Makes going to surgery that much easier.

Shoulder replacement. Dr. Young is easy to talk with, pleasant, caring bedside manner and EVERYONE I spoke to in hospital and later physio therapy adores him. "The Best they'd say." I agree. My early recovery was fast but has slowed to a long slow (maybe 2 year) full recovery. He told me that up front. I'm 69 and going to make that full recovery.

Dr. Young knowns how to pick your bone :) I had elbow surgrey and the experience was great, *fun* ( I had a block only at the shoulder, so was awake through out the entire Kareoke operation yes had everyone singing away) I would do it again on my other Elbow if needed! Also the Kemptville staff were a real party to hang out with!

Dr Young is an awesome doctor with both feet planted on the ground. He is courteous and understanding and he is a superb surgeon. He did a complete knee replacement for me. I also want to mention that his staff is the best!

Dr Young is the best. Had a shoulder surgery and he is the best of the best. Follow up were excellent. Very understanding doctor and listens to you. ;-)

Dr Young was on when my 89 year old dad arrived with a broken hip. His repair allowed Dad to be up and putting weight on that leg the next day. 5 weeks later he is healing extremely well and owes it to Dr Y.

Dr. Young did my rotator cuff surgery and it changed my life. He also gives me cortisone shorts for DeQuervain's syndrome in my wrist. I love this guy.

Dr. Young was my surgeon for a torn rotator cuff injury. He was excellent in terms of his "bedside manner". My surgery went extremely well and the results have been very positive. I highly recommend him as a surgeon.
