Dr. Desilets has excellent professionalism and bedside manner. She always listens, and we never feel rushed to 'get in and get out'. She is up to date in her field and I feel like my family and I are in great hands. Sometimes it's difficult to book appts and if you have something like a cough you might have to wait a few weeks to see her (problem with the system, not her specifically). Emergencies or immediate problems - she almost always fits you in that day.
