Just plain rude and gave no diagnosis to a back issue other than I smoke. Also mentioned that everything a previous doctor who has been practicing more years than Macneil has been alive, was wrong. I just ended up leaving the hospital crying! Upon following up with the previous doctor who tried to help, it was said that there are many many complaints about Macneil. Tax dollars at work!
