I've never met the doctor but their female receptionist was very rude, blunt and had alot of attitude. Whether we are clients or potential clients the first experience shouldn't be a negative one, especially if it's a family doctore referral. Very upsetting.

Dr. Finkelstein is the best. His surgery is top notch and all the patients I have seen have the best scars - which matters if it is highly noticable!
