I have been to see Dr. Liu twice now for my extremely uncomfortable blepharitis. I have anterior and posterior blepharitis with meibomian gland dysfunction. I only found out what the diagnosis was because I read the consult note he sent to my family doctor after the first visit. He did not even have the courtesy to tell me his diagnosis... I have seen 6 other doctors who all tell me that blepharitis is treated by an ophthalmologist such as Dr. Liu, but Dr. Liu refuses to treat my blepharitis and says it is a dermatology issue. I have already seen dermatology, but dermatology does not deal with problems of the inside of the eyelid. I get the sense that Dr. Liu simply does not want to treat me and is trying to brush me off. Both times I have been to see him I have felt so hopeless and desperate upon leaving the appointment that I feel as though nobody is ever going to treat my blepharitis and I will never get better.

Dr Liu s an amazing Dr. He has done two cataract surgerys for me and I am just thrilled with the outcome. If anyone has any reservations about the surgery I tell you it was a pleasure.

He was very thoughtful when my son went to see him at emergency. He explained detail to us and arranged future appointment after carefully checking my son's eye and prepared information for us. Really appreciate!
