I have had broncitis for 2 weeks now she sent me for a chest xray on the long weekend in September 04th, she had the results on the 07th it is now the 18th of Sept. and she still has not looked at them so here I sit with no antibiotics and I will have to go to the hospital to see a real doctor. If I knew who to file a formal complaint to I would do it in a heartbeat.

Dr Wong is pretty good for most part.. but..don't get upset at her if she can't get you to see a specialist fast.. as she'll bluntly tell you that you can change your family Dr's.. if you feel she isn't working fast enough for you.. Also, her newest Secretary is quite rude..and you can barely understand her at all!! she needs better English lessons..and she's beyond rude .

Love all the doctor's at this office. However, it is extremely unfortunate how rude and condescending the receptionists are to their patients. They are very short and do not sympathize in any form. They speak down to their patients and make booking an appointment very difficult. I misplaced my prescription and the receptionist raised her voice on me and cut me off to put me on hold to never answer the phone again. Never do they greet anyone or ask them how they are. Even when speaking to them on the phone, they instantly hang up once the appointment is booked. I have never experienced any type of reception as awful as this and it is so unfortunate because the doctors at this office excel at what they do and truly care for their patients.

What a irresponsible Dr. and Staff! Scheduled appointment 3 months ahead due to her Vacation. 2 Days before the appointment got called by staff and told me that the appointment has been changed to next month!!! What a joke!

Dr wong is kind and great but not staff. I phoned to have and appointment and the staff said my appointment will be 2 weeks later. When appointment needed it must be urgent, I don;t have time to see Dr because having a minor problem. So this is an issue that Dr Wong has to concern.

Dr. Wong and her staff are wonderful and professional however I have yet to go into my appointment on time. If we miss an appointment we are charged, what about our time that is missed? No one pays us. Just saying.

I have been going to Dr. Wong since she first opened her practice in NewMarket. I have found Dr. Wong very kind, and helpful. Her staff is also pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Wong has been my family doctor for both of us and the kids for over 5 years. She's always been extremely caring, patient, polite and helpful. Even though she moved to Newmarket from Richmond Hill, we still go to her despite the distance because she's so great. Her office staff, especially Carol, are also wonderful.

The office was poorly run. She was rude and didnt listen. She was also unable to admit she was wrong and that a mistake was her offices fault.
