Dr. Gupta's staff are very professional & caring except for the RECEPTIONIST. It's quite a lengthy time before she acknowledges that you are standing in front of her desk to register for your appt. or make an appt. It's as though one is bothering her. Anytime I have called to book an appt. the phone always goes into voice mail. I have called numerous times & left messages (since Oct. or Nov. 2017) with no call back from her. The wound care nurse has also been unsuccessful trying to get through. As a matter of fact, she cancelled an Oct./Nov. 2017 appt. & said she would call back to re-book - still waiting to hear from her. If ever I get through to schedule an appt., I will let Dr. Gupta know about her attitude.

I urge everyone who has had a terrible (or typical) experience with this sham of a doctor to file a complaint with the College of Physians and Surgeons. I did and they slammed him. He is having to have a mentor for 6 months, another dr to review his records, having to take remediation and having to appear before the board for a verbal reprimand. He 'ruled out' (dismissed) my 12 yr old son's life threatening condition and as a result my son had several strokes. He's a nasty, arrogant man and should not be allowed to practice. Unfortunately my complaint was made prior to the College making complaints and findings public but it is public information through the Health Professional Review and Appeal Board. Please file your complaints, it is easy to do and will help others.

Very kind, knowledgeable and understanding. Wonderful bedside manner. Very approachable and is an excellent listener. Did not feel rushed. He is in a word WONDERFUL.

I say that Dr Gupta is an excellent doctor. I was operated on for an aneurysm and the outcome was excellent. I now have another aneurysm 9 years later and he conferred with his medical associates as to the best next procedure. I am truly happy with his professionalism and personable approach.
