Honestly a rating on 1 star is generous for this doctor. He is absolutely terrible. In caring for my son he discharged him from the hospital while in a crisis state because he refused to take the medication. After one day, my son was sent wandering the streets in a state of fear. When I called to speak with Dr. Felcenbuch to beg for him to reconsider, I was told that the doctor did not have time to speak with me and his decision was final. He is not only a terrible doctor but a terrible human being. The college of physicians should consider revoking his license.

Intialy hard to gauge, but after spending more time with him,connection is made and he is caring, helpful and respectful. His sense of humour is refreshing ....

1) 你講咗等如冇講. 冇得選擇是你先前講的, 參予別國, 離開也是你先前大叫出來的, 是你的權利, 你的選擇!2) 雙普選, 市民有權選, 系人都知, 但應是怎樣模式, detail 是怎樣? 3) 點樣變? 就是問你用那種方法能爭取到雙普選? 你又屈人話甘地暴力? 我文章那段文字有這樣寫, 我指出泛民不佩和甘地比, 因他們手法完全不同. 你這樣扭橫折曲, 當然有你辦法啦, 你既然甘吾講理, 那不用再和你談.你可以罷課, 可以不合作, 可以示威, 但要守法, 而且不能強迫其他人跟從你, 這就是民主跟法治.4) 鬼吾知一人一票既優點, 特登引你講, 但你衹能講到一個優點, 其他你居然吾知, 更重要是你看不到它的不足, 証明你睇野偏埋一面, 而且一人一票應分區或一個大選區呢?缺點之一就是只利大政黨, 而不利小政黨及弱勢社群.5) 一人多票制, 是可平衡社會各階層不同利益及政見, 因專業界別確能提供專業意見予議會, 如法律界, 會計界, 教育界, 醫護界等, 如社福界確實為基層及弱勢社群發, 我們不能抹殺他們的貢獻, 只是選舉模式應改為全民參予, 但你的一人十票就太不理性了.其他的都費事浪費時間同你癲, 因你偏激不理性, 再講下去都無謂.

Dr. Felcenbuch is knowledgeable. He prescribes medications that are helpful. He works well with other hospital staff. he was respectful of his patient.
