Staff are nice but not very efficient - forgetting to send referals,faxing prescriptions and only seem to answer the phone on a part time basis. Dr MacKinnon is brusque, not particularly helpful, and it always feels like you're being rushed out before you can even ask a question. Needs to be much better at diagnosing and actually listening to what the patient is telling him. Way to quick to cut you off and give a pat answer instead of listening and doing proper research.

Always good service from the staff and Dr. MacKinnon. Yes you have wait sometimes but they take the time to deal with every patient needs.

A very strict "military type of physician" who could be more attentive to the medical needs of older women. Communication skills may have improved, but I didn't experience that during my term as a patient.

Dr. McKinnon seems to have improved over the years however his office staff leaves alot to be desired. Continually late, missing files and referral requests. Need help there
