Excellent physician: knowledgeable, patient, understanding. Extremely intelligent, very personable. I highly recommend him. Now that I have become accustomed to his staff, I find her (them) to be very helpful and personable.

the new receptionist is terrible!! Never answers phone and when she does she is rude and not helpful. Inquired as to why she doesn't have a answering machine was told she is not going to sit there all day answering messages and phone calls.. Isn't that your job???

Friendly, Compassionate, Professional and Experienced Always has his full attention, even when the office is busy Wait times are reflective of high cold/flue seasons or emergencies vs poor planning Very good at follow up When you really need him he is available Staff is helpful and efficient!
