Dr Lam is pretty punctual, and takes the time to answer questions, explain tests, medication etc. Never feel rushed. I usually list questions, and he takes them right into consideration. I find him to be very careing. Reminds me of the doctors Of my childhood, who were part of the community, making house calls. Yes, I'm that old. Staff is great at conveying messages to him.

Senior Staff was rude couldn't find my tranferred records. Dr. Lam was also very rude with my daughter and I. Very disappointed with unprofessional care. He raised his voice at my daughter and I because his staff misplaced our transferred records. It was not our fault.
