Dr. Kouchakan has the best! bedside manner. He listens to you, encourages questions .... one never feels rushed. He's a good man and, a good doctor.

Very uncaring. He made a mistake in the paperwork when referring me to a specialist for a procedure that could have caused me serious harm. When I called his clinic to cancel follow ups and get my records faxed to me, all he wanted to do was argue. He claimed he hadn't made the mistake at all. I pointed out that his wording was misinterpreted by two clinics, and all nurses and doctors at those clinics who looked at it. His response was, "So nothing happened to you though right? So... What?". I've never had a doctor who didn't care when they made a mistake. What a terrible experience.
