Office hours are minimal. Only open 2 days/week. Office staff is amazing however I find that Dr. Kutsukake never addresses the issue at hand rather preferring to prescribe something to mask the symptom.

Dr, Paul has been my doctor for about 12 years. He is a great "heal thyself doctor" and not a huge fan of drugs because your throat hurts. Which I applaud and appreciate. He is personable answers question concisely and if he is unsure of the correct answer will research it while you are in the office and give you concise information for your query. I have moved to Toronto and find commuting difficult so i have to find a new doctor in the city. This perplexes me as I know it will be difficult to find the quality of personal care I get from Doctor Paul. I highly recommend him.
