When I saw Dr. Krass he was very unpleasant and unfriendly, while I was nothing but nice to him. When I tried to ask questions, he gave very short, terse answers and quite frankly he treated me like dirt, and I don't know why. Perhaps he was just having a bad day, but it didn't leave the best impression, and for that reason, I never went back, and would never recommend him.

Dr. Krass came across as a very caring physician. A wonderful handshake and a definate let's find out what the problem is" attitude. Heard from the office the next day as to my blood results, Dr. Krass wishing me to know that one of my concerns was not the problem. Very caring office.Thank you
