Like many of you, I became a patient of Dr Kaptein's when Dr O'Neil stepped down. She is the best Dr and I can't say enough about her. She listens, she cares (I have no idea how anyone can say otherwise), she goes the extra mile. She is very comfortable to talk to. She was there for me at my worse, and she continues to be a great support. My entire family has been seeing her since day one and we have NO complaints.

This Dr. does not care about your problems. She gives you 3 minutes if that and then she walks out with her computer. She is barely here and is hard to ever get to see her. Go somewhere else. Not a good Dr.

Well I've been seeing Dr. Kaptein since she stepped in for Dr. Oneil and she does NOT listen to you. She does not take the time to examine her paitents she just sends them off to other experts. She only works 2 and half days a week and it's impossible to get in to see her. If you don't mind having to go to the after hours clinic for everything.. Take this dr on..

Dr.Kaptein stepped in for Dr. O'Neill when he retired.I was concerned about having to deal with a new doctor but my concerns were unfounded. She is very caring and thorough. She is comfortable to speak with and you can see and feel that she genuinely cares for her patients. She is the best!
