I am sure at most times he is a good doc...but not when I had the misfortune of meeting him in emerg.I am 71 & had agonizing pain from what I later learned was a Ventral Hernia and large bowel obstruction. I went there for the hernia pain....they tested me for heart attack & when that was ok doc stuck his head in the door & said I could go home.I showed him the large sm mellon sized lump on my stomach....he even touched it & said that hard. I was in pain 10 out of 10. he sent me home. 2 days later I was rushed to hosp by ambulance for emergency surgery. Was told if I had try to wait another day I would have died. I dont know if you have a thing for treating seniors or if this was just a mistake a tired doc might make...but please your lack of concerne almost cost me my life. I hope you see this and understand I hold no malice towards you

Had shortness of breath,high bp 220/120? headache at 1am,amb brought me in,2 hours later Dr came and ask me about my headache which was almost gone,gave me a shot for it,said I could go home.When I told him my history of 3 visits to emerg in 1 week,with symptoms, he told me it was a good story???Found out he charted I had asked to go home??which I did not.Did he have me confused with another pt? I don't know but I was as well as others, upset over his comment and lack of care.

I was recently in the ER for what I thought was simply a groin muscle injury. Dr. Meek was worried that it could be a blood clot and ordered an ultrasound right away. Luckily, it was not a blood clot, but I was very lucky, and relieved to have a doctor that was so thorough and concerned at a time when the ER was so busy
