He may be a very intelligent person but he doesn't know how to listen. He does't like questions or having meaningful discussions about health care. I would not recommend him. My dead dog could have provided more compassionate service compared to what the staff deliver... sad. This is truly a "business" venture.

Have been there several times over several months. Although he is quite a nice man not what I would call a good Doctor. He does seem to be more interested in his 2-3 minutes with his patient, and then he is off to the next. Production line as he moves people through. Went in for one issue, and several months later still not addressed. His response. " sorry about that" Will find a G.P. that has a wee bit more time to deal with people and not his payback from OHIP.

We've found that this doctor makes us come in for appointments unnecessarily, and doesn't respond quickly to questions from the pharmacy. It feels like he's trying to get more money from the system. He is always rushing and doesn't seem interested in listening actively or answering our questions. It's not surprising that he messed up on an important diagnosis because he wasn't taking time to discuss everything. We find that the office is run efficiently, but we don't feel comfortable with the level of healthcare offered.

he is making my dad come over a period of 4 visits in a row to renew all his prescriptions. This is not the 1st time, but a regular procedure for this inconsiderate, money hungry dr. This may be within the rules, but this dr is making sure OHIP pays for each visit. If he wants to milk the system, then do it to able bodied young people, and treat the seniors with respect.

Had to do my own research about medication when I became physically ill..every appointment, Dr.Hasspieler repeatedly wanted to do tests I had already completed..when I began voicing my concerns, I was promptly dismissed on receptionists side...no feed back..the staff are very unprofessional and a constant revolving door of receptionist, who I found very invasive about my personnal and private reasons before being given an appointment..

Doctor is fine, but his staff has to go, his wife is rude..not to mention his daughter!!! Charges for everything...all about the money...not impressed.

This is a well-run office managed by the doctor's wife. She does a great job with timing-I always get in right away, the staff take my vitals as soon as I get there and I wait very little time for the doctor. Dr. Hasspieler is an excellent doctor. He never hesitates to order a test or send me to a specialist. When I do go for a test I typically get a call a day or so later to come in for results.Excellent doctor,office and staff!

Poorly run practice, too busy scamming OHIP to actually see patients. His Partner is one of the "receptionist's" in quotations as she is a poor excuse of a person to be working with the public. Refuses to see his patients new born babies, and good luck booking an appointment, and heaven forbid you complain.

he seems okay, however spends too much time staring at computer. quick to make diagnosis or prescription and diagnosis often wrong. His office staff which has changed often are disorganized, snappy.

The best expirience with a walk in clinic ever. From the original phone call to leaving the office it was an expirience that was so good I was speachless because I am a big critic of health services in North Bay and to see people get treated with respect and compassion was so so refreshing. Other offices should see your office and use it as a model for the treatment of patients in North Bay. Thank You

Great family doctor, maybe cares a bit too much about the outer appearance but he is very knowledgeable and great with our kids. His staff are very professional and friendly, we are really happy he took us on!
