Waiting time for an appointment is ridiculous - he is taking on too many patients! Trying to get someone on the phone at that office is even worse!! Too serious, lacks empathy!! Too bad there's a shortage of doctors!!

When I was Dr. Phillipson's patient from 2003-2007, he was puncutual, patient, throrough and empathetic. My husband and I are returning to North Bay in the fall 2017. We sincerely hope to be "taken care of" by Dr. Phillipson.

I was one of Dr. Phillipsons's first patients, and I can honestly say that I am very fortunate to have found him. He has always helped me and my children in any way he can and unable to do anything, he finds someone who can.

Impossible to book a timely appointment, better to go to the ER. Careing and Knowledgeable. Little to no followup or advice on lab test result. Keep booking appointments is the only way to carry through with a diagnosis.

It is very hard to reach his office and the waiting time to get an appointment is way to long. You get told if you complain about the wait time to go the hospital or walk in clinic. I want to see my doctor not some other doctor.
