you do not feel welcome. No eye contact from reception. they ask your health card and then you have to seat for at least 1 hour. then you get a chance to go to one of the rooms 1 to 4. you seat on that room for another 15 min. Dr. will see you for less than 10 min. she asks questions so fast with a serius face and don't let you finish your sentences or feel comftable to share more. and then ask you follow me to go back to the reception. She tries to visit as much as possible in a short time.

she can;t wait to run to the next patient after making you wait forever. doesn't show any concern with my health problems at all. her new receptionist is also rude.receptionist is good in swiping the health card.
