Dr Adam Dwosh has been the family physician for me and my husband for 8 years. He has always shown much care and concern for us, but in a recent health crisis he went above and beyond the call of duty! Dr Dwosh stayed in frequent contact with us after office hours, arranged for emergency medication for my husband, maintained contact until the crises passed, and then continued to check in with us in the following weeks and months. I can't stress enough how patient and concerned he was! The office staff was also patient and very helpful.

The front desk lady is a self righteous rude and incompetent woman. As far as I can recall the minimum wait time here is 2.5hrs. I've waited 4. Dr. Dwosh is kind and helpful himself, but also does nothing to address his archaically run business. Appointments need to made 3-6 weeks in advance too. Places like this need to be accessed by Ontario Health. I believe they do not meet the standard of the Canadian Health system.

I agree with all the comments. Dr Dwosh is very caring and pays attention to the patients concerns. But yes, 90% of teh time I call to make an appointment, there is no answer and you can't leave a message. In 10 years of going to him, I can't remember a single time I haven't waited at least 1.5 hours past my appointment to be called in. For the geriatrics that have nowhere else to be, that may be fine... but I can't afford to take several hours off work for a 10-15 minute appointment.

Dr. Dwosh is a great, caring doctor and really patient friendly, but Dr. Dwosh does not value his patient's time. You have to wait 1.5-2 hrs. to be seen! And his secretary looses medical reports, scans, etc. and blames Dr. Dwosh, right to the patient's face! Dr. Dwosh, get rid of your secretary and get with the grove! Get a secretary who knows what she is doing and book patient's for every 30 mins and keep on schedule. My time is important too and I am not getting paid to sit waiting for you!

Dr. Dwosh is the most caring doctor. He REALLY listens to you and concentrates on you 100% in the appt. But he is always about 1.5-2 hrs late for your appt. I think that is a booking problem that he has to be aware of. And his main secretary is always losing reports and her filing must be months in arears. Dr. D. When are you going to get a REAL secretary???????

Very knowledgeable, modest and caring doctor. Although waiting is in hours despite booking an appointment well in advance but once he takes you in, gives all the time in the world

Best doctor I've ever visited. Caring, and he's not afraid to admit when he doesn't know the answer to something. He'll research the problem until he does! Not very punctual, but I think it's because he takes extra time with ever patient.
