Our current family doctor, for 8+ years - he is thorough in his assessment, explains his thinking process in coming to his diagnosis, makes good referrals to specialists and other providers, is organized in maintaining files, and listens well and responds to questions in a straightforward manner. He is reasonably punctual and efficient, yet we do not feel rushed. He keeps his knowledge up to date. He is compassionate and empathetic - we consider ourselves fortunate to have him as our family doctor!

Front desk staff not speak English well, only Linda is quick and helpful

Only Linda is understanding the other one I am hardly to communicate with her ,she seems no kwonledgeable

This rating is strictly related to Dr. Hsu's existing receptionist in his North York Practice. Her poor attitude, tone and voice coupled with her unwillingness to listen to patient's inquiry and concerns, all contributed to patient 's unnecessary anxiety. After a month's runaround, problem is still left outstanding. Hope Dr. Hsu can see this and start monitoring his receptionist's behaviour and effectiveness towards patients needs and take corrective actions.

I am a single mother of two. I have dealt with Dr. Hsu for both my children and myself for a few years now. I find him very understanding and easy to talk to. An all around GREAT Famly Physician
