My family has been seeing Dr.Lee for quite some time now. We chose her to be our family physician because she is genuinely a good person that cares for her patient's well being. She is a very easy going individual that has upheld her integrity in medicine with professionalism. While there are many, many positive comments of her practice there is one big problem many about going into doctor's office for an appointment. It is completely over-booked. From a patient's perspective a 2 hour wait time to see a physician by appointment is completely outrageous. Many of my friends have opt. out to a walk-in clinic for their medical check-ups. But, because of her competency and compassion for her patients I have continued to see her as my family physician. The wait time is definitely no joke though, minimum of 2 hours per visit, not to mention that occasionally the receptionist lies and tells you there is 3 patients before you when your really the 10th patient down the list!

The service is poor and you are being charged without seeing Dr. Lee. The staff is rude. I have been seeing this doctor for 20 years and I have never seen such unprofessional service.

I was looking for a female doctor and found Dr. Lee by accident. This was 15 years ago and I have been following her ever since. She is a supper nice lady...compassionate and caring. The only downfall is that the waiting time (to see her) is too long. I don't mind...she is worthed.

She is a professional with passonate with the patients. She always cares about her patinets' need and pain and allow patients have enough time to talk and shs likes to share their paintful stories and give encouragement to me also.
