Dr. Ho is a fantastic family doctor who is remarkably reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, caring and sweet to all patients, especially elders, which is most appreciated. And, he will personally follow up and call patient &/patient's family member to maker sure the patients will be informed with test result if there is any concern at all at the same day the results has come out. Whenever there is any symptom that needs further follow up with specialists or checkup with the emergency, he will instantly generate a referral with detailed patient's info to make sure the patient's taken care of by the responsible doctors/specialists/hospitals & clinics with appropriate information. He took his time to exam and chat with patients that you never feel rushed. He is how a fine doctor should be. Lucky to have him as a family doctor. It's only that it's not easy to park in his clinic's building. The receptionists weren't very helpful before, but it has been improved in time. Sometimes they're cold and not so friendly, which is a pity as they can learn so much from Dr. Ho's genuine caring character.

I've been to Dr. Ho for over 14 years. Dr. Ho is very respectful, knowledgeable and responsible. He listens to and genuinely cares about his patient. Being generally healthy, I do not visit him very often. I was amazed that he could remember my last visit a few months ago and asked me how's going before he opened my file. You do not get such a good doctor and great person at the same time. The receptionest, though still have room to improve, has improved in the past several years. Everyone has their past and problem; what I can tell you is that she is much better than before. May God bless her with grace and let her continue working on becoming a better person each and every day.
