The lady at the reception misguided me in relation to the claim amount. When i went back to them to get the OHIP id for my sunlife claim; they destroyed the old receipt for $60 and prepared a new receipt for $80 that too back-dated. They are highly expensive as compared to the kind of customer service they give.
