Doctor Sharon Rohald is excellent and i love her so dearly. Sarah the med tech is also very nice like DR.Rohald. The receptionist Carol have a very unpleasant attitude with the patient specially to the asian. Her racist attitude is really so obvious and she is very bulgar person. Multiple times that i have to wait almost 2 hrs over from my appointment schedule coz she had to squeeze in first those patient that came after me and patient that are close/friend to her. Second week of July i booked my annual physical check up for Sept, she said that it was already closed and only November is open (4mos). The next day after my call on July, my friend also called to book her annual physical check up and she told my friend that September schedule still closed. How liar she is and she wants to leave that sched maybe for her friend patient first. If not because we love DR. ROHALD, I am thinking of moving to another family doctor so i dont have to deal and see Carol anymore. I am just hoping that DR Rohald will get another receptionist like those that she have before Carol. Those are very nice ladies and fair.

I have been with Dr. Sharon Rohald for years and she is wonderful. She also has a terrific memory and asks about my daughters every time I visit. She has a very busy practice so it can result in long wait times to get an appointment if the visit is simply routine.

It's a busy practice and receptionist hardly answers the phone and it runs to voicemail constantly. Love Dr. Rohald though!
