Can't make phone call pass through, Waited in the unconformable waiting room for more than 2 hours with appointment. Seen Dr Pu for more than 10 years started at Richmond Hill location. Now I don't think I can keep Dr Pu as my family doctor any more, because doctor won't be available when I need them, what kind of the doctor can be good then for me?
