I told him about an allergy and he scoffed at me. I understand now that that type of allergy is over-reported, but I didnt know that at the time and now I'm afraid to tell him other things

Dr. Clottey has been looking after my family for the past 5 years. Although he is not always punctional, he takes the time to fully understand patient needs and provide us with right care...unlike my last doctor who was diagnosing me before I even sat down. By far one of the best and caring doctors I have had.

good doctor but POORLY RUN office. Staff never picks up the phone. I have only had 2 appts with Dr Clottey but one time I had two hours.

Dr Clottey may not be as punctual as you like him to be, but that is because he spends quality time with his patients. For that reason, I am giving him a 5 for punctuality. He does listen and will go out of his way to help you if he sees that it is required. Though I appreciate him reaching out to help me in my hour of need (when no one else would), he can be frustrated when speaking to him at times. Perhaps it has something to do with the nature of the environment of the Walk In Clinic he works out of...Perhaps it is entirely something else in the moment. I find that if you disagree with what he is telling you or offering you, he goes from his typical relaxed self to ranting in a very aggressive manner. I understand that he is the Doctor, but I feel that he should be a little more compassionate with respect to the person and unique situation he is dealing with in the moment and at least listen to the concerns of his patients.

Dr. Clottey has been my family physician for 4 years now, and I would highly recommend him. He takes the time to really listen to what you have to say and is very understanding and supportive to his patients

Nice but never on time and always cancels apts. I always feel rushed because its a walk in and he always seems frazzled and therefore forgets a a lot of things.
