Dr. Charters has helped my elderly parents for over 20 years. She has been supportive and helpful with all their ongoing medical issues. She visits my father in Long Term Care. She also made house calls to my mother and called me to continuously update me regarding their medical situation. I don't know how I would have managed without her. She has done a fantastic job and I can't thank her enough.

Dr. Charters has been the trusted physician for my entire family including my elderly (now deceased mother). She has been there through all my own personal hells and trusted and valued advisor regarding some very difficult decisions I had to made regarding my mother. I value her opinion as much I would that of a family member and know that she is there for me and mine no matter what and no matter when. Thank you Jane. You mean a lot to me!

Dr. Charters has been more my doctor for a number of years. I have found the care that she provides to me to be consistently excellent. She is knowledgeable, caring, punctual and honest in her assessments of my health care needs and those of my children. I want to acknowledge and thank Dr. Charters for the excellent care she has provided to me and to my two children over the years.
