I've been to her twice to check a large mole on my leg. 2 times she said it didn't qualify for OHIP coverage to remove, so the second time I insisted. Paid $375 for it. She removed it by surgical knife and sent it off for biopsy testing as required. Within a week it got infected, had to go on antibiotics from my family doctor. After healing the area looks exactly like it did before removing the mole, with more abnormality. There was absolutely no follow-up from her clinic. When I asked my family Dr. the results were none; the sample was not processed properly somehow. I'm not going back to Dr. Hogan. I'll get my Dr. to resample the area to find out if it is cancerous. If I need a dermatologist again I'll go to someone else that will follow-up, isn't so much of a know-it-all who thinks she is great.

Staff is Pathetic, no manners, no smiles, they think they are super cool but they are bunch of arrogant women who should go back to Kindergarten to learn some manners when they talk to people, as admit it or not it is their JOB ! to communicate to people and if they suck at that they should not be there. Dr herself is knowledgeable but her staff is going to drown her. Plus no punctuality..my dentist is better i thought he used to be late and that is for 5-10 min.

Having dysplastic nevus syndrome (100+ moles),I've been seeing a dermatologist since the age of eighteen. Three weeks ago Dr Hogan removed three moles of concern and sent for biopsy. After thirty years of good news, was shocked to hear one of my moles came back positive for melanoma. I had surgery within a week of the diagnosis and just received the "all clear". Early detection was key and want to thank Dr Hogan and her team for everything!

Phoned to get an appointment ,was callously treated by staff regarding 6 month rule that requires one to have another referral. Explained that was for skin cancer treatment to no avail.the person on the phone was not concerned at all.

I went to Dr hogans office last week. It was busy but worth the wait!!! She is very kind and thorough. She caught a skin cancer on my back and removed it the same day.

Over 1 hour wait for appt. Approx. 30 people waiting. Considering I had to wait for an appointment, due to backlog of patients, could only deal with one issue which had to be dealt with a second time by family doctor.

I recently had a carcinoma removed from my face by Dr Hogan and the result is nothing short of astonishing. There is a slight trace where it was after removal but she did a superb job. Thank you.

My teen had her first consult with Dr.Hogan. She was polite, very knowledgeable and engaged well with us. We discussed treatment options, risks and benefits. We did not feel rushed or unimportant. She was very reassuring. Office staff are busy but very efficient. Great first impression!

Dr Hogan is amazing. Not sure what people are complaing about with the punctunality. You at a specialist place, tell me which specialist is on time ? it happens. She was very helpful, would recommend her.

I would trust Dr. Hogan with my life. She acted quickly regarding 2 moles that I had on legs. I can't say enough about her. She's awesome and so is Leigh (sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly)very professional with great bedside manner.

The appointment was very brief - but to be expected with a specialist appointment. Dr. Hogan was to the point and didnt mince words. I felt rushed but not any more so than other specialist appointments I have had.

Dr. Hogan is very down to earth and relatable. She doesn't come across as rushed although I'm sure she's very busy and it's too bad she's just a dermatologist because I'd love to have her as my family doctor!
