Dr. Hanna incorrectly diagnosed me several times - she brushed me off with issues concerning my heart and even called me by another person's name halfway through an important conversation. I was embarrassed and felt dismissed. She is fine for the occasional prescription but don't expect her to get to know you. So very disappointing. I've never before left a family doctor when I didn't move cities. Now I have.
